Here is a quick preview “I had the opportunity Thursday evening to sample four of its Hudson brand spirits during a whiskey-pairing dinner prepared by executive chef Brian Molino at Marché restaurant in 74 State Street, the boutique Albany hotel. It was co-hosted by Ralph Erenzo, Tuthilltown co-founder and distiller. Note the 375ml bottle shown at right, a Tuthilltown exclusive crafted in Germany and the only amount in which its spirits are sold.”
