2 drops, LUCID absinthe
1 Teaspoon Bauman’s unsweetened spice and Sassafras Apple Butter
0.75 oz. Pure NY State Grade A Maple Syrup
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice.
Combine all ingredients in mixing tin. Add ice and shake for ten seconds.
Strain into ice filled Old Fashion Glass.
Garnish with fresh apple slice dusted lightly with fennel pollen, if available.
